Ring Spring (Parameter list) Composed of the outer ring of inner conical surface and the inner ring of outer conical surface, ring spring plays a buffering function through the shrinkage of inner ring and the expansion of outer ring under exogenic action. It is mainly applied to the circumstances where the space is limited and strong buffering shall be needed. Applicable site: Boasting small size, high energy accumulation, easy-to-use combination and other favorable features, ring spring is widely used in national defense, metallurgy, engineering, electric power, machine tool and other mechanical industries. Design: The dimension and relevant manufacturing requirements of ring spring shall be determined by the self-developed CAD system according to the current operating condition and stress status. Manufacturing Material: According to customer’s operating conditions, appropriate material shall be selected to meet the requirements of customer to the largest extent. Typical materials include 60Si2MnA(SAE 9260), 50CrVA(SAE 6150) and various stainless steels. Surface treatment: The surface treatment methods of ring spring include bluing, phosphatization and etc.
