1) The exhaust gas in kiln inlet (outlet) contains a large amount of dust, ranging 70 100g/Nm3. The dust is tiny and easy to cover on the boiler heating surface, influencing its heat transference effects and reducing boiler output and power generation. Therefore, the boiler heating surface dust stratification is the most basic and necessary problem of kiln inlet waste heat boiler to solve. Generally, plain tube structure and mechanical vibration method are adopted to remove the dust on heating surface.2) The dust volume of exhaust gas in kiln head is less than 30g/Nm3. The dust is mainly clinker, harder and thus larger in wear to the heating surface. Spiral fin tube and low smoke speed structure are generally adopted for the heating surface. 3) Air leakage will affect heat utilization of system induced draft fan and boiler, therefore the solution of air leakage is vital for waste heat utilization. The boiler body is commonly of the all-steel panel structure.
