------CBN SUPERMETALLOY reinforced CBN grade with micro-grain and special binder for longer tool life.Provide excellent toughness,high strength and improved productivity for machining cast irons and steels at higher speeds. SUPERMETALLOY CBN,tools made of CBN sinteredmaterial,is mainly used for cutting steel with low reactivity.CBN is roughly classified into two groups from the view point of microsturcture.One group is rich in CBN content and has a structure of bonding CBN particles with each other.It is used for cutting high hardened materials such as cemented carbide,cast iron,heat resistant alloy,and so on.Another group has CBN particles firmly bonded with a special ceramic bonding agent,and shos superior wear resistance and toughness in cutting hardened steels and cast irons due to he strong compactiong force of the CBN particles. ------PCD Features 1.Long tool life,Excellent wear resistance,High fracture toughness. 2.Suitable for the machining of aluminum alloys and non-ferrous metals,plastics,carbides etc. 3.Control of micro chipping 4.One-Use type inserts with chip-breaker offers good cutting surface by chip evacuation and cutting force. 5.The cost is reduced through the re-grinding(3-4 times) except One-Use type.
