Low consume, the conductor stays cool, high conductivity of Al conductor, energy saving around 6% comparing to common conductor, two times tensile intensity of common conductor. Using mixed solidified mandril, two times weight of common conductor can be borne. Specific Gravity of core material is one-fourth times of steel,Al cross-section is 1.29 times of common conductor, weight is lighter around 10-20%. One-second Arc-sag of steel-core twisted wire, which reduce the quantity and height of pole-tower. Smooth conductor surface, low Drag Coefficient, little swing of conductor, which can reduce supported size of pole-tower. Due to its high-temperature resistance, the conductor can operate during 150°C of normal temperature even during 200°C temperature for short time, rain-water, ice-rain and frozen-fog can not be frozen on conductor surface. Uneven ice-shedding between span of conductor will not cause pole-tower falling. Resistances to salt-alkali moisture corrosion slow down aging efficiently and avoid falling of pole-tower. Double capacity operating, high intensity, low-sag conductor and light weight make the span between pole-tower larger, lower the height, and reduce the construction cost such as new pole-tower construction & maintenance & labor cost, etc. Products are especially suitable for Expansion Reconstruction of Town & Country Transmission Line. Application: Apply for power Transmission and Distribution, and Expansion Reconstruction of power transmission. Product use: Conductor is used with soft-Al Trapezoidal Wire, use tensile for construction measurement.Due to smooth of conductor surface, wire-clamping device with larger contact area or preformed armor rods for stringing are required.During laying and construction, tensile machine with larger wheel diameter and stringing pulley are required. (Tensile wheel for tensile machine is 40 times larger than conductor diameter.
