SID S25-15XL can be widely used in MSW-to energy ,biomass energy,Industry waste,Hazardous waste,Electrical waste,Medical waste,Tar residue transfer,Industrial and municipal sludge disposal etc… 1) SID installations are usually characterised, for a given granulometry at the end of the process, by the lowest operation costs and by the highest shredding throughput / energy consumption ratio (lowest kWh/t value). 2) SID installations are designed and made out of long life components; for example direct hydraulic drives / first-class brand components / etc... Therefore the lifetime of SID shredders is longer than comparable machines supplied by other suppliers. 3) All the elements delivered by SID are widely dimensioned and the main functions can be controlled by a PLC. Thus a high degree of automatism may be introduced in SID scope of supply. 4) Any maintenance work may be executed by the customer himself or may be locally subcontracted. SID will transmit any useful information regarding maintenance, training included, enabling the customer to order its maintenance work directly to the cheapest competitor. 5) SID Switzerland works according to ISO 9001 norm and therefore installations are conceived and built according to the European standards. Shredding plants built in China are closely supervised by SID Switzerland in order to reach the same standards.
