stainless flangeZY-LOC is anew connection way of high pressure pipelines. Pipe fitting ZY-LOC has broken through the traditional seal way for the connection of high pressure pipelines as the seal part bears not only the intensity also the seal. But in the traditional seal way the intensity of the seal part is not matching with the intensity of the pipeline materials . Stainless flange ZY-LOC has made that the intensity of the connection part is stronger than the intensity of the materials of the pipeline through separating the functions of bearing the intensity and also the seal by the conventional seal part completely. Consequently the work-life of the seal part has been increased enormously. At present, in the world has 4 products is based on this principle: Grayloc of United State, VECTOR of Britain, g-loc of Italy and ZY-Loc of China. Stainless flange ZY-LOC consists of four parts mainly. There are one metallic seal ring, two hubs, a pair of clamps and four sets of boltings . 1. The seal ring: The seal principles of the seal ring is that it engenders heavy pressure between the seal ring and the wedge surface of the hubs due to the expansion of seal ring under internal pressure and there has formed one kind of self-sealing enhanced. So that such kind of self-sealing has ability to prevent the leakage. Actually the section of the seal ring almost is like T . When the flange has been assembled well, the foot of the T section and the pipeline part have formed one whole part connected by the hubs and clamps. Such whole part has increased greatly the security of the connection through raising the intensity of the whole part. In additional the two arms of the T section had formed one kind of sealing-lips. The sealing-lips and the surface of the pyramid of the inner part of hubs consist of sealing area which is same as a kind of spring. And the materials of the sealing area could be flexible action within the submitted stress under outside force. The real and enhanced seal has been formed . 2. Two hubs: Under clamps the two hubs have been forced to press on the outside surface of seal ring. When the clamps locked the hubs, the seal-lips of the seal ring have the departure from the inner seal surface of the hubs. This departure causes the load on the inner seal surface of the hubs to be transferred to the seal-lips of the seal ring and the self-sealing enhanced has been formed finally. 3. Clamps: The clamps and hubs have been designed to contact each other all-around. There is one groove in the center of each clamp to make the pressure on the clamps distribute equably. It is no need to fix point to install the clamps. 4. Four sets of bolts There are only 4 sets of roundness bolts used in chop direction to fix the flanges whether different diameters calibers of pipe. The pipe fitting ZY-LOC is comparing with conventional flanges: 1.The size is reduced in same work conditions and the weld neck is shortened. 2.More light, save space , more compact of the structure 3.The seal is formed between metal and metal. That is not only beneficial of the self-sealing and also reinforcing in the structure; 4.Much better in obdurability. 5.Easy to install. 6.More less installation moment. 7.Economic storage.
