Brazed Heat Exchanger consists of several currugated plates made of stainless steal and the front & back enclosures. The plates are spaced by high-purity thin copper(or nickel)sheets, and the brazed in high-temperature vacuum oven. According to customer requirements,heat transfer plates with high, medium and low velocity of flow are combined to achieve the best heat transfer coefficient, which is up to 3000 12000Wm2.k. Being compact,the whole product has no gasket or outer frame,providing high resistance against high temperature and high pressure.
