1. AYZ oil centrifugal oil pump is newly designed on the base of AY centrifugal oil pump. It changes the inlet into be aclinic while keeps the good performance and installation dimension of AY. It is kind of environmental-protect product. The AYZ centrifugal oil pumps are used for the transportation of oil products, free of particles, or other mediums which are with similar chemical and physical properties to oil. They are widely used in the petro-chemical industries, oil refineries, oil terminals, chemical plants, oil fields and so on. AYZ complies with national stands GB3215-82, the centrifugal pumps technology for the refineries, chemical and petro chemical. The pump is with the flow rate range: 9-500mmm/h and head range: 38-300m. Structure Illumination AYZ centrifugal oil pump has two kinds of structure: single stage cantilever and double stage cantilever. 1. The housing of the pump is combined by casing and cover, which endures all the working pressure and heat load by the temperature of the medium. 2. The rotor is combined by impeller; nut of impeller, shaft, and shaft sleeve. The axial force is balanced by the pressure relief of balanced holes on impeller. 3. The bearing is combined by a couple of cross corner bearing and one centripetal rolling cylinder bearing, which are installed in the bearing to support the rotor and endure part of the axial force. The bearing is usually lubricated by thin oil. And there is a cooling chamber in the bearing, which can be used to cool down the bearing if necessary. 4. seal: there are sealed ring installed on casing, cover and impeller separately. The shaft is sealed with standard mechanical seal. Without any special request by the user, we usually seal the shaft with 103 unbalanced single seal or 109 balanced single seal( meets the standard JB1472-75). Please consider oil as the matching material. If the transporting medium contains particles, then we have auto- washing structure for choice. 5. seal and cooling system It is necessary to cool down the seal chamber, bearing and support of the pump to make the pump work normally, free from the influence of the temperature of the medium.
