Application: It is applied in the duplicate power supply system of AC 50Hz,rated gevolta is single phase 230V or three phases four wires 400V,rated current up to 800A.It can also be used in the unattended distribution room,to realize the automatic transfer between two power supplies . When there is any fault with one line of power supply, the device will automatically transfer to the other line within several seconds,which ensures the timely power supply of important locations(residential area,hospital,shopping center, and etc.). It accords with IEC60947-6-1 standard. FUNCTION: 1. According to each phase voltage value of two lines of power supply,itcan control the automatic transfer of two circuit breakers.The controller tests each phase voltage value of two lines of power supply. When the voltage is lower 80% of rated voltage,it is regarded as under-voltage .The circuit will judge the testing result and then deal with it.After set delay, the controller will issue a directive to the electrical ope-ration mechanism to make the two circuit breakers transfer. 2. Display function The left side circuit breaker (Q1) connects to normal power supply(N),and the right side circuit breaker (Q2) connects to reserve power supply(R), if each phase voltage of two lines of power supply is normal ,the controller will display NA,NB,NC,RA,RB,and RC.If any phase voltage is lower than 80% of rated voltage ,this phase will not be displayed and then the user can find out the power supply fault easily. 3. Setting function The users can set the delay time of automatic transfer of two lines of power supply according to their own needs , and the time range is from 0s to 30s.Control function can be chosen between Type R and Type S. 4. The two circuit breakers have electric and mechanical interlocking functions, which ensure the two circuit breakers cannot close at the same time. 5. Alarming function 5.1 If one line of power supply is abnormal ,during the transfer period between the two circuit breakers, the controller will alarm.After transfer, the alarm will stop. 5.2 Under normal running ,when the circuit breaker Q1or Q2 trips due to overload short-circuit ,the controller will alarm .Push the CO-BREAKING button on the controller ,the alarm will stop ,and then the tirpped circuit breaker will trip again.
