Automatic Hairpin Bender

Automatic hairpin bender is special equipment for bending straight tube into “U” tube. The feet and materical by servo, hydraulic system adopt the variable pimp, swings oil tank driver bend. The whole machine is made up of decoiler, cutting system and bending system. The bending device can move in the length direction to realize the different tubes’ production. The whole process of straighten and bending the tube like : straighten the tube – feeding- clamping- cutting- bending- mandrel lrelease- loosen- unloading- reposition The decoiler can be eye to sky frame / single or double working position frame, driven by electromotor.
