Eight linked-function stages: 1.Roughly-cutting stage: When continuous clay column being extruded, cut it at a fixed length for pieces of rough-tiles. 2.Applying mould release stage: Putting the mould release to both surfaces of the rough-tiles. 3.Rough-tile transferring stage: After 1-2 stages then transferring the rough-tiles to the forth stage. 4.Rough-tile feeding in stage: Fed the rough-tiles automatically to the press-mould by manipulator of negative force. 5.Green-tile pressing stage: The rough-tiles being pressed to get pieces of required green roofing tiles. 6.Green-tile feeding out stage: The green roofing tiles being picking up to the seventh stage by manipulator of negative from the mould. 7.Tile-shape mending stage: For minimum deformed and better qualified of the shape after above six stages. 8.Standing the green roofing tiles stage: Overturning the roofing tiles piece by piece from horizontal laying level to vertical standing level that is required for follow-up drying and firing process.
