Assembled alloy steel frog

Assembled alloy steel frog is a new generation of wear resistant frog developed by CRBBG based on the bainite steel weldable frog.It is applicable for speeding-up railway lines and is interchangeable with currently used Mn frogs. Compared to Mn frogs,the life cycle of assembled alloy steel frog is prominently improved and the pass traffic may be over 200 million tons. The assembled alloy steel frog can be welded directly with the rails and has the advantages of high wear resistance,safety&reliability,convenient installation and simple maintenance.All of these have provided conveniences for the development of extremely long welded rails in China. At present,CRBBG is able to produce different types of assembled alloy steel frogs of 60kg/m and 75kg/m series.
