Asphalt Melting Equipment

1. Introduction: This series of equipments are used for taking asphalt out of drums and heating up asphalt. They make fully use of hot gas of burner to melt asphalt in drums and take asphalt out of drums, and use the pipelines of heat-transfer-oil to indirectly heat up asphalt, which can prevent asphalt from aging during heating. They also have the functions of dehydration and automatically eliminating sediment. This series of equipments not only greatly save energy sources and manpower, but also perfectly protect environment. The equipment mainly consists of main body, hot-transfer-oil heater, asphalt pump and device of eliminating sediment. 2. Main Characteristics: * Protecting environment: closed-construction and no pollution. * Saving energy: which make fully use of hot gas (320 450°C) of Burner to melt and take asphalt out of drums (it is about150°C while waste gas was let off to air). The closed-construction saves 50% energy sources compared with the exposed one. * Taking asphalt out of drums thoroughly: the equipments use hot gas (320 450°C) of Burner to directly heat up the wall of drums, asphalt near the wall of drums can be rapidly melted, and then the whole asphalt in drum will discharge thoroughly. * Functions of automatically eliminating sediment: the equipments are equipped with an device of eliminating sediment, which can realize inner deslagging and outer eliminating sediment. * Perfect applicability: it can be applicable to many models of drums whatever import or domestic. It doesn't influence operation even if the drum is out of shape. * Better dehydration: it uses asphalt pump with vast displacement to realize inner-cycle and sub-atmospheric dehydration of asphalt. * High reliability: the equipments introduce automatically control system and imported auto-igniter. * Easy to assemble and disassemble. 3.
