WEARING BELT ZJSB integral heavy weight drill pipe welds standard wearing ring at both ends andmiddle bulb, among which 101mm width wearing belt at both ends of male and female button (in accordance with the customers demand, ZJSB could weld 25.4mm width wearing belt on18°oblique plane of circular bead at the female button end), and 76mm width wearing belt on middle bulb. ZJSB not only can weld iron base powder alloy and granular tungsten carbide on the integral heavy weight drill pipe, but also can weld Arnco 100XT wearing belt. INTERNAL COATING ZJSB can lay DPC liquid coating on the integral heavy weight drill pipe in accordance with customers demand, which can prevent from formation of corrosion pitting as well as prolong service life of whole heavy weight drill pipe.
