High efficiency and quality of production & low dissipation energy. § Equipment composition1.This line is mainly composed of melting furnace, holding furnace, casting machine, donkey engine, seven-stand rolling mill, take-up machine, electric control system, etc. 2.Molten aluminum or prepared aluminum melt flows from the holding furnace via the launder into the rotary continuous casting machine, where it is continuously casted into a trapezoidal ingot with a cross-sectional area of 600mm2.
