Aluminum Profile Automatic Anodizing Line

Two sets (four lines) of automatic anodizing systems are serving in Asia Aluminum Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 80,000T.Automatic process of anodizing line: The equipments of travelling crane, lifting machine, uploading & downloading station, groove face electrical contacts, rectifier and transformer are connected to wireless network, and controlled by PLC. No manpower is needed. Technology control tank: In order to obtain the required thickness and color of anodizing film, special equipment with microprocessor is needed to control the forming and coloring process of anodizing film. According to film thickness, color, processing time and chemical agents adding amount, the PC and special equipment will add chemical agents to degreasing, alkali, anodizing, coloring and hole sealing tank automatically through mathematical logic. Temperature control: Any tank solution needs to heat or cool will be automatically controlled through special three way valve.
