Aluminum Ingot double-surface milling machine

This machine is a special equipment for milling ingot before hot milled and rolled. This machine have two horizontal symmetrical cutter head which adopt hard alloy non-abrasive cutter and milling ingot’s double face at the speed of 1000-2000 m per minute. Its once milling depth is 10 mm and the degree of finish can achieve Ra3.2-6.4 . This machine is equipped with two horizontal crushing machines which absorb aluminum residue into machine to crashing , then separate aluminum residue and ash by separator whose collecting residue rate can achieve 99% . This machine can used for milling alloy ingot from 1 series to 8 series . Its annual capacity achieve 80 thousand – 100 thousand tons.
