Plastics are composited of LDPE and HDPE which are good at chemical stability, flexibility, espansion, cleamess processing and heat resistance , hardness, high machinery strength respectively. Face aluminium is made of rust-proof aluminium (pure aluminium) coated PVDF-resins, PET-resins. The core material and aluminium are composited of addvehesive flim through heat composite . In order to promise the usable time , we choose over 70% Kynar-500 resins of PVDF produced by PPG paint company of America as aluminium msterial of outdoor wall. The standard specifications are 1220*2440mm. The max width is 1570mm,and length according to clients requiryments.
