1.Usage It is an 6 rooms continuous horizontal vacuum sintering furnace that used for sintering metal in high vacuum or inert gas. 2.Features 2.1Keeping chamber outfits carry lead kun made by SUS. 2.2Lost-wax chamber is heated by Fe-Cr heater. Insulation board adopt metal reflector. Beside that, it is outfited one carry lead kun made by SCH. 2.3Degassing chamber. First and second sintering chamber heated by graphite, insulation material adopt carbon fiber. Both outfit CC carry lead kun. 2.4First and second sintering chamber adopt vacuum tank which outfited external water-cooling jacket structure and installed on the ground.v 2.5There is a gate valve between each chamber.
