6.2m Coke Oven Machinery

The 6.2m coke oven machinery is a product that was independently designed and developed by DHI·DCW Group Co., Ltd. The product was put into operation in September, 2006. The creative mechanical structure, Advanced and reliable electrical and hydraulic techniques are used in this product, thus improving the technical level in its entirely and obtaining the user’s acceptance. Technical Characteristics of Coal Charging Car The technology of one spotting and 5-2 serial sequence is used for the coal charging car. The three-in-one gear motors are used in the coal charging car and fixed by cantilever so that the coal charging car can be speed regulated flexibly during traveling, braked safety and stably during stopping and easy to disassemble during routine maintenance. The advanced design is firstly used for four coal hoppers of coal charging car so that the four coal hoppers can evenly discharge the coal, thus reducing the number of leveling cycles and shorten coal charging time, the coal hoppers of charging car are provided each with weighing system. The display screen is provided in the operator’s cabin and can indicate the data on the hopper weighing system and timely adjust the screw feeding speed through variable frequency speed control of screw feeding motor, thus keeping coal discharging stable, reducing the number of leveling cycles and discharge of fume and dust during coal charging. The reliable accident emergency system is provided. The coal charging car is specially provided with safety device against wind as well as provided with dust removal system at the floor station so as to realize the fumeless charging. The coal charging car is also provided with oven roof cleaning mechanism to clean the dust and under on the over roof and reduce the environmental pollution. VVVF speed control and vector closed loop control are used in the travel and coal feeding mechanism. The frequency converter is connected with PLC by PROFIBUS DP, which is controlled flexibly and conveniently. The motors are protected by PTC thermistor. Technical Characteristics of 6.2m Coke Pushing Machine The technology of one spotting and 5-2 serial sequence is used for the coke pushing machine, VVVF speed control technology is used for the traveling mechanism. The encoder is used to realize the travel control and accurate spotting. The three-in-one gear reducers are used in the structure. The bearing boxes are of 45°split construction for the convenience of installation and repair. The automatic door extracting device with memory function is provided. The hydraulic cylinder with MTS sensor is provided to realize the functions of accurate control of action and memory of position. The coke pushing machine has the automatically mechanical oven door and frame cleaning devices and spillage coke removal function. The upwarping structure if used at the tail of pushing bar of coke pushing machine. The hydraulic motor of diesel engine is provided to realize the work away in case of failure of pushing bar. The leveling device is provided with air curtain sealing, leveler door up-opening and trouble removal device in case of power failure. The hydraulic cylinder drives are used in most of mechanisms and acted stably and reliably. Either manual or unit program control may be used for all the unit actions of coke pushing machine. The soft operation of man-machine interface and automatic control trouble diagnosis system are used for electric control. Technical Characteristics of Coke Transfer Car The technology of three-spotting operation is used for the coke transfer car. VVVF speed control technology is used for the traveling device. The encoder is used to realize the travel control and accurate spotting. The automatic door extracting device with memory function is provided. The hydraulic cylinders with MTS sensor is provided to realize the functions of accurate control of action and memory of position. The coke transfer car has the automatically mechanical oven door and frame cleaning devices and spillage coke removal function. The coke guiding device uses the hydraulic cylinder to directly drive the coke guide and has simple and reliable construction. The hood system is used to collect fume and dust and connected with the floor by flanges manufactured by Mitsubish and has good effect of dust removal. Either manual or unit program control may be used for all the unit actions of coke transfer car. Technical Characteristics of Coke Quenching Car This coke quenching car is wet quenching car, uses the hydraulic cylinder to drive the tilting operation of soleplate and has car door linkage opening and closing construction. Technical Characteristics of Electric Locomotive This electric locomotive is equipped with hydraulic system that supplies power to the hydraulic cylinder for tilting the soleplate of coke quenching car. VVVF speed control technology is used for the traveling device. The spotting is carried out by motorized shoe brake + hydraulic disk brake and controlled by PLC. The soft operation of man-machine interface is used for electric control. Technical Characteristics of Gas Reversing Machine The hydraulically driven gas reversing machine uses the hydraulic cylinder to drive the connecting rod to automatically open and close the gas, air and exhaust gas valves for gas reversing on time. The stroke of cylinder is controlled by MTS displacement sensor. The remote and full position monitoring can be carried out for cylinder action.
