AFTER SALES Where the Buyer requires the Seller to send engineer(s) to service the Commodity in the Buyer's factory expenses for round-trip air ticket, accommodation and allowance, and costs of an interpreter, transportation and personal insurance for the engineer(s) shall be borne by the Buyer. PAYMENT 50% of total contract value shall be paid by the Buyer to the Seller as down payment by telegraphic transfer within one week after signing the Contract. 50% of total contract value shall be paid by the Buyer to the Seller by telegraphic transfer upon receiving scanned Bill of Lading from Seller.
