This machine has a complete action of case forming, bottles filling, cardboard adding, and case sealing. Adopting vacuum sucking case, cylinder pushing case, servo motor controlled, so that make the frame compact. With the PLC control program, operation becomes much easier. Industry---Pharmacy, Food, Cosmetic, Beverage, etc.1. Case forming--- Suction cup attracts the unopened blanks to the case forming device, then to the filling device by cylinder. When pushing case by the cylinder, the bottom flaps closed and sealed by tape.2. Cardboard filling---Cardboards in the storage bin, after pushing by cylinder, loaded in the case smoothly.3. Feeding connection---Turn plate installed between case erector and former process (filling or labeling) to solve feeding by hand. When the bottles delivered, pushed to the fixed position, stand in line, waiting for packing into the case.4. Case packing--- Bottles in line seized by manipulator and servo motor at one time.5.
