Our 2-roll JY straightening machines are used for straightening black bars and peeled bars. Available for all metal materials,not limited ferrous or non-ferrous. It can form a production line with our centerless peeling machine. If straightness of the Job is more than 1.5mm/m, it should be pre-straightened before peeling is recommended. After precision straightening, straightness is up to 0.15~0.4mm/m and roughness is ＜1μm. Loading and unloading system can be supplied for manual or automatic operation.
