10%oxytetracyline HCL

Indication To treat infectious disease caused by gram positive and gram negative bacterial sensitive to Oxytetracycline in cases of respiratory, intestinal, dermatological genitourinary and septicemia infections in equine, cattle, sheep, goat, swine and dog. Side Effect Do not use the product in ewes producing milk for human consumption. Oxytetracycline 20% LA is not recommended for use in horses, dogs and cats. Not for use in animals suffering from renal or hepatic damage. Wash hands after use, in cases of contact with eyes of skin, wash immediately with water as irritation may occur. Rout of Administration Oxytetracycline is administered by intramuscular and intravenous routes. In all animals except layers which is administered only intramuscularly. Caution Stop medication at least 7 days prior to slaughter of the animals for meat. Intramuscular injection should be given deep in large muscle and not more than 10ml, at one site of injection, intravenously to be injected slowly. Milk of medicated animal should not be used during the medication and 72 hours after treatment. Keep out of reach of children.
