Their carbon contents are much lower than that of Crl2 steels. And meanwhile our steels are added with molybdenum and vanadium, so steel hot-working character, impact toughness and carbide distribution have been significantly improved. Applications Our products are mainly used for producing cold-working dies with large sectional area, complicated form, high abrasion resistance and high loading resistance, such as cold cutting scissors, edge-cutting dies, roll-off dies, gauges, wire-drawing dies, screw plates, thread rolling dies, complicated-formed piercing dies, steel plate deep-drawing dies and high abrasion resistant cold-punched dies & punches.
