Construction Instruction Base Treatment The base should be smooth without any outstanding avoid of damage to the sheets. The base should be cleaned of impurity before construction. Construction Technics The overlapping of the TPO sheet should use the hot-air welding method. First locate and form datum line. Then lay the sheet vertical to the corrugation direction. Lay the sheet on the base. Ensure the sheet is flat and in a line. The width of the joint is 6 cm. Use the auto welding tool or handle welding tool to weld and do some proper cuting and install the fastners in the designed location. Details The TPO sheet should be fastened by the matched fasteners in the endings and coat sealant to seal. The sheet is cut into different shapes to add in the place of outside and inside corners and then welded. Cautions in construction The workers should be trained before construction. It is not allowed to wear the shoes with nails in the construction sites. Examine the welding quality avoid of any defects in the welding, and smoking is forbiddened in the construction site. G. Storage and transportation The product shoud be stored in the well-ventilated warehouses and far away from the acid, alkali, oil, and organic solvent.
