PTFE Moulded Rods

PTFE rods have excellent chemical corrosion resistance and dielectric property, no aging and bonding, and can be used under no-load condition at the temperature from -180oC--+260oC. It has the lowest friction coefficient in all solid materials. Main technical index: Apparent density: 2.10--2.30 g/cm3, Tensile strength: ≥14.0 MPa, Breakage elongation:≥140%. Range of sizes: For pressed rod: diameter 4-9mm and length according to customer's requirments, For extruded rod: diameter 10-50mm and length from 500-3000mm, For mouled rod: diameter 55-300mm andlength from 100-300mm.
