Lotus house provides a real home to affordable prices and isa total built in solution. It is Not only foldable but flexible and can beused for multi purposes. It requires no foundation and is easy and very quick to assemble (30min) byunskilled labors. (2-3) Not because of light, but Smart!!! As a total built in solution all Doors, Windows, electrics etc. are alreadyincluded. Elaborate packing allows to load 6x30m² Lotus house into one 40´HQ containerwhich is a cost saving point for our customers. In our vision we think green, and therefore carefully choose the materialsbuilt in our houses and make sure that they are recyclable, environmentfriendly and do not contain any chemical harming materials. The exterior size for prefabricatedhouse is 5.9m*5.2m*2.6m, Interior size for house is 5.7m*4.9m*2.4m. Whole house is made from folding system. And it can be assembled within 30minus by 2-3unskilled workers. frame is made from RHS steel. Whole structure is wind-proof and earthquake resistance. the roofing is made of 75mm sandwich panel. The insulation can be EPS, XPS,PU and Rockwool. wall panel is also 75mm sandwich panel. the insulation can also be EPS, XPS,PU and Rockwool. Floor is made from Steel jiost system with 16mm plywood.flooring is 2mm pvc sheeting. the insulation for flooringcan also be EPS, XPS,PU and Rockwool. the electrical and plumbing is pre-wired in factory. you just need plug-in and go for using. The windows and door can be customized and pre-installed in factory. whole house is combinated in factory and assembled together. It can be transported to any place by sea container and trucks. Each 40HQ can load 6unis houses. that means 180sqm house. The house is multi-use. It can be office, accommodation,labor camp, hospital, home-stay,disaster housing , mini shop, coffee bar etc.. The factory can also make house based on customer's design. The exterior finishing is no limited.
