Name:Internal release agent for rubber compound FNS-925 Description Internal release agent FNS-925 is blend of aliphatic and hydrocarbon compounds,and can im-prove the plasticizing property,extrudability and flow property by injection moulding of compounds.FNS-925 is compatible with all types of NR and SR,and is especially suitable to special purpose rubber such as AEM,FPM and NBR.FNS-925 is versatile demoulding agent for rubber articles,and can reduce mould fouling.The vulcanization properties are not affected by FNS-925.With its miner toxicity,FNS-925 may be used in rubber articles which come in contact with foodstuffs. Application field Internal release agent and dispersant for NR and all types of SR such as SBR,CSM,EPM,EPDM,NBR,ACM,EPM. Application 1、 FNS-925 is incorporated with other chemicals during mixing. 2、 Dosage: NR,IR,SBR,NBR:1-2phr; IIR,BIIR/CIIR: 1-3phr; EVA/EVM,ACM,AU,BR,CM,CO/ECO,CR,CSM,HNBR,FPM: 2-4phr EPDM: 2-5phr. Technical Data Composition:aliphatic and hydrocarbon compounds Appearance: light yellow to brown flake or pastillrs Density:( 0.85---1.05）g/cm3(20°C) Solidification: （65---75）°C Discoloration of vulcanization:none Packing 20kg,complex paper bag,1ton/pellet Safety and Transport FNS-925 is not classified as a dabgerous good according to transport legislation,so we should transport it in term of undangerous good. It has not any hurt if you use it in right way. Storage FNS-925 should be stored in cool and dry place.If these rules are obeyed,the product can be stored at least two years.The production date is stated on the lot number on the labels of each sack.
