The outside sizes and filtration rating can be custom made. FEATURES OF OUR PRODUCTS The mesh filter tubes are very simple products. How to distinguish the quality of filter tubes? 1. Material Hairun Metal and Plastic Products Inc. has been producing the wire mesh filters for many years. We know that the material mesh is very important. The mesh count must be very exact, so the filter effect will be fine. And the material type we used are high quality stainless steel 304 or 316, 316L material from Taiyuan or Japan. The good stainless steel material ensure the filter never rust so that the filter liquids never gets polluted. 2. The strong welding line Having so much experience of the products of mesh filters, we are using the best machines to weld these meshes. The electric current is very important for the quality.To welddifferent mesh size and wire diameter sizes, the required current is different too. Too strong and too low current will lead to bad results. Too strong current will burn the mesh so the filter rates will be changed. And too weak electric will result the welding line not strong enough, and the tube will crack during application or the following assamply works. 3. Assamply of filter tubes Except for mesh tubes, we have full set of production lines for the assamply the filter tubes to other parts, so that get whole sets of filters.
