LSB Vertical Sand Pump

It is the ideal device for conveying the grain size less then 5mm, and pulp concentration less than 45% in the industries of gold metallurgy ,coal ,chemical and food .Owing to the machine have self pump pool not required special irrigation foundation, therefore it can be installed on the ground directly and move easily. As clearance between the speller and pump cover is adjustable to ensure pulp touched parts keep high efficiency. No shaft seal between pump body and shaft so when feeding unsteadily it still can keep normal working. Pump body ,cover and impeller easy to replace. Pulp touched parts use abrasion resistant cast iron and rubber. Bearing seat is the major running part of the pump .on which two sides fixed rolling bearing and a main shaft and sealed with upper lower bearing covers. The pump can adjust the tension of the belt without shutdown for its equipped tightening device.
