Wire Reinforced Hydraulic Rubberhose are applicable to the high-pressure liquidtransmission and hydraulic driving in project construction,lifting-transport,metallurgical forging and stamping ,mining equipments,shipbuilding,injection molding machinery,agricultural machinery,various machine tools as well as various industrial department mechanization and automation systems. SAE J517 100R-Sries hydraulic hoses in accordance to SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers,USA)specification manufactured By our factory in clude 100R1,100R2,and 100R10 hose. these hoses have single ply(100R1),two plies(100R2) and four Plies of wire reinforcement,Types AT and BT have the same construction as type A and B respectively,except that they have thinner covers designed for assembly with fittings without removal of the cover or portion of the cover. These hoses suitable for uses with petrolum base hydraulic fluids and water bade hydraulic fluids.Operating temperature range is -40 +100C,with petroleum base hydraulic fluids,when temperature in excess of +100C may meterially reduce the,life of the hose. Dimensions and tolerances,maximum working pressure,minimum Bend radius and other performance data are given in following tables.
