Edgeworking: According to customer’s request, we could make edge into flat edge ,round edge,rough grind edge Bevelled glass,Double edge bevel,Fine polished edge ,etc. Drilling holeDrilling hole needs the worker to have very professional skills and with standard drillng bit and machine. We can drill hole from Ø4mm to Ø28mm ,it depends on your request,edge will be grinded. silkscreen: We can print different images on the glass. Today we adopt the international printing method “silkscreen”.It bases on very simple theory.At first ,the printing ink will be placed on the halftone.when printing,the printing ink under the pressure will be transferred onto the glass through the hole on the halftone. tempered work: This is the last step before completing products.Temperedworkis to heat flat glassto just below its softeningtemperatureand suddenly chill itwith jets of cold air. Packing: Referring the feautres of tempered glass and different transport ways, we design different packing plans for our products.In general,we will use paper,corkpad, nylon and wooden case to guarantee the safety of products.
