Boron carbide nozzle

Hot pressure sintered boron carbide ceramic material, an up-and-coming material instead of hard alloy and alumina ceramic material has been used in grit blasting with the large amount. Although nozzle made of alumina ceramic is cheap, but its hardness is low and wearable performance is of a sort, so it is only used in the case of small grit blasting working load. In practice, the hot pressure sintered boron carbide ceramic nozzle is 4-7 times of the alumina ceramic nozzle in service life, so it is widely used for sandblaster operated by hand with requirement of long service life and water jet cutting contained abrasive with requirement of little changing in hole size.
