I. General IntroductionZB400 triplex plunger mud pump has the advantages of simple structure, reliable performance, easy maintenance, long service life of spare parts and low costs for operation etc, which have been widely used in most of domestic oilfields. All the products have the features of compact designing structure, large load bearing capacity, high displacement, light weight, small size and easy for hoisting and transportation. Different usage for all conditions can be met through different configurations. II.Structure characteristics:a.ZB(400) plunger/piston mud pump : simple structure, reliable performance, easy maintenance, long service life and low costs for is consists of gearbox, power end and hydraulic end. Gearbox: It is closed type and single geared drive. The gear and shaft are made from forging alloy steel and special heat-treated. It has the advantage of high strength and efficient by herringbone. Power End Assembly: The crankshaft is the structure of three-straps four-supports and roller bearings are used. Fame is made of steel plates by welding. Crankshaft is made from solid forging alloy steel Connection rod is made from casting alloy steel and has high strength by heat-treated. Crosshead and guide are made of spherical graphite cast iron featuring good abrasive resistance. Fluid End Assembly: Pump head is made from forging alloy steel and heat-treated. Plunger piston is made from forging alloy and sprayed abrasive resistant alloy powder on the surface featuring corrosion resistant. The suction valve and discharge valve are the same and easy for changing and repairing. Mud pump c/w pulsation dampener, relief valve, anti-shock manometer, discharge and suction manifold. Base: The pump base can support plunger pump and also be an oil tank. Tank capacity is 250L and meets lubrication demand of plunger pump. Oil filler: Oil filler is used only for lubricating plunger and it is separately lubricating system. * If used for pipeline crossing drilling, it should enlarge plunger, decrease pressure and increase displacement to meet the requirement of drilling. b. Transmission Device Diesel Engine adopts Caterpillar of Detroit products completed with air compressor, air start device and protection device for high water temperature, low oil pressure, water-loss and runway speed. It is also completes with console and can be controlled remotely. Transmission case adopts Allison products completed with torque converter and five-speed transmission. Speed change of transmission case adopts air control. Cardan shaft adopts SW 25DH featuring high efficiency, easy insulation and noiseless. III. Technical parametersMax.
