The material is superior due to its uniform particle size and premium blend of ingredients. Flap discs, as an alternative to sanding discs, can be fitted onto an angle grinder without a backing pad. Feature of Flap Disc: Flap discs can remove material aggressively. Its removal power is equal to depressed cool center wheel but it is safer and can offer a better finished surface. The conical flap discs enable the fullest contact between work-piece and disc surface. With a light weight design to reduce operator fatigue, flap discs are easy to use and require very little surface pressure.
