It determines the carburetor fuel stability, repeatability, endurability, and difference on the various pose when engine is running. 2. It is the most common spare partfor the diaphragm carburetor. 3. Our shaping mold was made in Japan, which extrude the diaphragm material as designed convolution at certain temperature, pressure and time. 4. Raw material: Made in USA; 5. Thickness: 0.15 mm 6. The punching die mold was made by WEDM-LS. 7. The part could be punched with the various outline. 8. The flexibility and recovery were checked by laser head at certain prssure adjusted. 9. The leakage performance is checked before shipping. Pump Diaphragm description: 1. Pump diaphragm also is thekey part in the diaphragm type carburetor. It supply the fuel with sufficient and stable pressure to carburetor by its material flexibility and structure. 2. Several raw material are optional(PET/NBR/Fiber glass), according to required temperature, pressure, two or four cycle engine, and resistance of oil, corrosion and wear. 3. The punching die mold was made by WEDM-LS. 4. The part could be punched with various outline. Gasket kit matched with diaphragm also are available. Inlet needle kits were included in package.
