First Opreational Principle: The EBC series electronic multi-extraction catcher researched and developed by our company is make up of three parts:fume pretrated room ,high pressure static dust catcher room,impluse baggy dust cather room.Also there are also some accessorial parts such as frame,ash hoopper,ash ejection system,shake system,control system,thermal barrier and so on.The power of air flow supplied by induced draft fan outside.The air contain dust first enter into the fume pretreated room guided by induced draft fan,and in this room, the high temperature air will be lower its temperature and flake will be removed,high specific heat resistance will be treated to lower its resistance,and the too dry fume will increased humidity.The fume which has been treated enter into the high pressure eletric field equally through air flow equalised device.In the high pressure electric field the grain contain dust after electriced will change the main direction by the electric power,and its direction tendency is toward dust catchering electrode will fall into ash hopper because the shaking control device by the electric dust catcher,after the high electrostatic dust cleaning treated,the air through guide device and then enter into the air enter room of baggy dust cather.And through the baggy room inner to outside,the dust grain will be kept outside of baggy,that way the air will be designed time or resistance fixed process.The clean air will enter into the ash ejection room through baggy and at last to the atmosphere through pipe by air supply machine.
