Operative Norm The performance follow the GB8076-1997<concrete additive> The construction follow GB50119-2003<concrete additive application technique standard> Characteristics Appearance power PH value 7 9 Solid content ≥90% Fluidity of cement paste(mm) ≥140 Performance 1 Quantity: the quantity of XF-IV plasticizer agent is 0.2-0.3% of the gelatinize materials, the usual quantity is 0.25%. 2 Plasticizer rate: under the same ratio and same slump situation , plasticizer rate is over 8%. 3 Slump: increase over 80mm,and the damage is low, so it is use for agitating centralized and transporting of long way.4 Condense time: delay 1-3h to condense, and best in the summer. 5 Hydration: cut down 10% hydration, delay the hot peak, cut down the temperature tension and increase the performance of anti-cracking of the concrete. 6 The strength of resisting pressure :7d≥120% 28d≥110% save 5-10% cement under the same strength. Scope of Using 1 It is better to improve the workability of concrete, increase anti-permeability of concrete, anti-freezing ,if use the concrete ≤ C30(the grade of concrete) 2 Application to the concrete that needed retarding, especially under the situation of hot temperature. 3 Application huge volume concrete, especially the concrete which has the requirements of anti-permeability. 4 Application to the road, bridge, tunnel and other concrete construction. Use Method 1 Mix together: mix with cement and then agitate with Aggregate and water. 2 Mix later : agitate only with water in 1-2min,then mix the product and agitation. 3 Mix in several times: mix into the concrete in two or several times . Package and storage 1 The standard of package is 25kg/bag 2 Best using in a year after producing, it should match and test if it is over one year. 3 Store at the dry and Ventilate place, prevent to be wet. Attentions 1 It is better to take machinery to agitate ,if the worker does it , firstly diluted with water then mix in the concrete, also prolong the agitating time and the water that use for diluted must be reduced from all the water quantity. 2 The vibrated method is the same with the ordinary concrete , if the slump is big, take care the time of vibrating in order not to be stratified. 3 The method on the transport, grout is the same with ordinary concrete. Shorten the time before the grouting, in order to reduce slump. 4 Seal the bag if there are surplus materials in the bags , to prevent being wet. 5 Best to test the adaptability of the cement and the product; if you would change the cement, please test again according the specific requirement and the product description 6 Control the quantity of various materials and water, if use porous aggregate, take the method of mixing later.
