Product Introduction XBZS Series Mining Vibrating Sieve with Elastically-braced Arms is a new kind of sieving equipment which is widely used to classify material in mine, coal, electricity, metallurgy, architecture material industry, fire-resistant material industry, etc . 2. Working Principle The sieve box is propelled to revolve coinciding in two reverse directions by two vibrating electromotors or by two vibration generators driven by electromotors. The vibrating force makes sieve vibrate in beeline, material fed in entrance then going forward, is then slacked and separated. The sieve is assembled by sieve box, vibrating generator, cushion system and base device. Vibration is generated by YZO series vibrating electromotor, adjusting vibration force to get different size of swing. The sieve’s cushion system includes rubber springs, yokes, brace base. Fixing styles of vibration generator are vibrating on the top or vibrating at the bottom, while fixing styles of cushion system contain hanging and lying.
