WCX series sewage treatment plant with the physicalchemical method processes the sewage from ships. Of its work time is about 18 min and controlled by time relay preferentially. Sewage containing solid residues shattered at a cycle of several times by the crushing pump in counters until the solid residue small enough to be able to get through the filter (stranded/reduction) net. At the same time there is rinse water wash the filter constantly to prevent the accumulation of solid residues from blocking the filter. The sewage after crush, filtration and disinfection is pumped into a series of setting tank tandem by process pumps. The velocity in setting tank will slow down and the suspended solids of it sink. The settled sludge will be pumped back by sludge foldback pump to counter carrying through recycled crush. The treated water will be getting clear gradually in series of setting tank. When the clear water in the cabinet reaches the median, discharge pump will work to emission it out of ships side because of the touch of sensor, when it reaches low, the discharge pump stop working automatically.
