High Effective Pumping Agent Concrete Admixture Operative Norm The performance follow the JC473-2001<concrete pumpbility agent> The construction follow GB<concrete additive application standard> Characteristics Appearance powder liquid PH value 7-9 7-9 solid content ≥90% ≥30% Slumps increase value(mm) ≥80 ≥100 proportion - 1.16±0.02 Performance 1,Quantity: the quantity of XF-VII pumpbility agent(powder) is 1.0-2.0% in the binding materials and 1.5-3.5% in the liquid materials. 2,Increase slump over 80mm ,improve the fluidity. 3,Condense time: delay 2-5h to condense than ordinary concrete, also you can adjust the condensing time according to the requirement of the construction. Application 1 It is better to improve the workbility of concrete, improve the performance of anti-permeability and anti-freezing ,if use the concrete under C60. 2 Apply the large slump pumpbility concrete in the construction site. 3 Apply the pumpbility concrete at agitating site. 4 Apply concrete constructions of road ,bridge, runnel and so on. Use Method 1 Mix together: mix with cement and then agitate with aggregate and water. 2 Mix later : agitate only with water in 1-2min,then mix the product and agitate. 3 Mix in sevaral times: mix into the concrete in two or sevral times . Package and Storage 1 The standard of package is 25kg/bag or 40kg/bag, the liquid product must be transported with tankers. 2 The shelf life: powder one is one year; the liquid one is 3month ,and it should match and test if it is over the time of standard. 3 Store at the dry and ventilate place, prevent to be wet. Attentions 1 It is better to take machinery to agitate, if the worker does it , firstly diluted with water then mix in the concrete, it also need prolong the agitating time ,and the water that use for diluted must be reduced from all the water . 2 The vibrated method is the same with the ordinary concrete , if the slump is big, take care the time of vibrating in order not to be stratified. 3 The method on the transport,grouting is the same with ordinary concrete. 4 Seal the bag if there are suplus materials in the bags , to prevent being wet. 5 Best to test the adaptability of the cement and the product;if you would change the cement,please test again according to the specific requirement and the product description 6 Control the quantity of virous materials and water ,if use porous aggregates ,take the method of mixing later.
