Wave Spring (Parameter list) The wave springs manufactured by our company are composed of single-layer wave springs(open-ended spring and closed-ended spring) and multi-layer wave springs. Single-layer wave spring shall met JB/T7590-2005 and HG/T2479-2003 standards, as per which we can also design and manufacture various non-standard wave springs on behalf of customers. Given there is no uniform standard for multi-layer wave springs in domestic market, we can produce or design and manufacture various multi-layer wave springs on behalf of customers to meet their requirements. Applicable site:Wave spring refers to the elastic component on the metal thin circular ring featuring a number of wave troughs. It is usually used for the circumstances where the load and deflection are not quite heavy and less spring stiffness shall be required and axial pre-pressure imposed. Design:The dimension and relevant manufacturing requirements of wave spring shall be determined by the self-developed CAD system according to the current operating condition and stress status. Manufacturing Material: According to customer’s operating conditions, appropriate material shall be selected to meet the requirements of customer to the largest extent. Typical materials include 60Si2MnA(SAE 9260), 50CrVA (SAE 6150)and various stainless steels. Surface treatment: The surface treatment methods of wave spring include bluing,phosphatization, galvanization, electrophoresis and etc.
