Valor wear-resistant ceramic is a kind of cementitous material which is treated with special process and composed by strict control method. After a series of chemical reaction, it can achieve high strength and hardness in normal temperature and meet the ceramic-bonded standard. Therefore it is called wear-resistant ceramic material. Advantage of chemical property--It consists of aggregates,fibre and nanometre ceramic powders. It has no macro defects due to higher density of grain packing.Its strength can be above 150Mpa, and for special product it can be above 280Mpa which supasses normal concrete or refractory casting material. The materials are ionic compound and some artificial covalence compound. Because ionic bridge and covalence bridge combine strongly according to solid structural mechanism, the coating has the superior high mechanism strength and hardness. Thus it can resist speedy impact force and shearing stress.
Advantage of physical property--Since the wear-resistant ceramic material adopts omnidirectional steel fibre and directional mesh reinforcement, by these two means the toughness has been improved and application reliability of the the system has been
increased. It can effectively prevent damage and pee ling off caused by impact. Moreover, due to multiple measures adopted, the performance has been improved effectively. The wear-resistant ceramic is featured with low expansion coefficiency which enables its stable volume. Therefore cracks can hardly occur and excellant entegrity is achieved. Coupled with seamless construction method, its entigrity can be achieved in one step.
Advantage of environment protection-Due to adoption of anti-alkali and anti-acid synthetic raw material, it has stable performance and does not react with agent. Meanwhile most of the raw material is high temperature sythetic material whose crystal grows in good condition and structure is complete, so without being affected by the emvironment it is one of the best inertia material and can effectively prevent affection from environmental agent and various chemical corrosion.
