Then the pulverized coal and air can be rotated with high speed while burning.the black fire head at the exit of the burner is very short,only 300-500mm. As the big negtive pressure zone is formed at the end of the flame, non burnout coal can be drawn into the negative pressure zone and burned again.so the coal burn-off rate can be up to 99%. Because the flame is very big from the coal burner, the temperature of the furnace can be controled below the ash melting point, so the slag can be well discharged. Our furnace adopts non-NOX burning technology, hot air furnace is designed with reduction and oxidation zone area and the coal burning can be formed like gas burning.
