Description:Solid Aluminium Sheet based of aluminum sheet, being pretreated, coated with primer and color coat, spray-coated with PVDF. According to customer's requirement, the aluminum panels can be cut, bent, arc rolled and processed into various individual geometric shapes. Pretreatment: during the process of aluminum rolling, a loose oxidation film will be formed together with a lot of impurity on the aluminum surface. After degreasing with alkaline and acid wash, chromation, denionized water wash, the surface of the aluminum is cleaned and covered with a layer of chromate which can increase the adhesion between the paint substrate as well as the function of anticorrosion. Spray coating: PVDF paint will be equable to the semi-finished pretreated aluminum panel with 14 high pressure static sprays in the closed dust free environment.
