SB11-M(R) series 3 phase oil immersed power distribution transfer is National technology new products; it is developed based on SB9 series’ configuration design. We using high permeability core and low loss high-quality silicon steel sheet to reducing no-load loss; to meet the high-quality level and improve product performance. At the same time, we pay attention to the design, proportion of the materials to make the structure is more reasonable. Main features: 1.Low voltage coil winding by copper foil, good Ampere-turn balance and good capability of anti-short circuit. 2. This series product possesses sealed structure which guarantees isolation between external air and transformer’s oil, prevents oil aging and heightens operating reliability of transformer .The oil tank adopts corrugated oil tank: open one long-hole both at upper and lower part of box wall ,for accelerating oil’s circulation on corrugated olate .This kind of oil tank owns simple technology and high mechanical strength, it has heightened oil’s fluidity and heat-radiation capability, its welding effect is good and not apt to leak. 3. Outdoor type structure, no oil conservator tank, Best class antifouling; No need to change the transformer oil. Truly no need maintenance, ensuring safe operation and reliability. 4. There is a pressure dump valve on the transformer, when the pressure inside the transformer is too high, it will release from the dump to prevent the accident. 5.Transformer is sealed type; there is Weld outer case and screw outer case for customer to select.
