Tylosin Ingredient: Tylosin Characters: An almost white or slightly yellow powder Pharmacological properties: The spectrum of action effects the majority of Gram-positive and some of Gram-negative bacteria. The antibiotic is resorbed fast enough and reaches the maximum concentration in one hour after administration for swine. Tylosin is removed from animal body by urine and biliary secretion. Indication: macrolides antibiotic feed additive for mycoplasma disease and respiratory diseases of livestock and poultry as well as promoting animal growth. Adverse reactions: There is no standard yet. Pecautions: It is not recommended to administer this preparation in the period of hen laying. Pause: Five days for swine and chook.
