Tenpura 1.Wash the vegetable ,cut and dry them. 2. Mix 50g Coating powder, 2 yolks,70g water and some salad oil to be plasm. 3. Add the vegetables( aubergine, lotus root, green capsicum, red capsicum, mushroom and so on) into the vessel. 4.Heat the temperature of oil to 170-180. 5.Fry the food into the heating oil,drawn them out when the color to be golden.
