YJS-501 Bonded Steel Glue Features High intensity, especially for great shear bond strength of “steel to steel”& “steel to concrete”. Good flexibility and impact resistance .Good performance of aging resistance & acid\alkali resistance. Shrinking rate can decrease below 1% ,and perfect dimension stability of bonded parts.Application: It can be used in strengthening construction of various structural members crack.It can be used in bonding various precast member of beam \ pillar, etc.It can be used in strengthening construction of bonding steel plate and beam surface, in order to improve bearing load. It can be used in bonding construction of structural member for bracket\ stairs\ Pedestrian underpass etc. After harden, the suitable temperature of glue is -40°C--80°C \-40°C--176°F. Surface Preparation Deal with concrete surface, and make sure dry\no oil \no dirty\no dust on connection interface.Hack on concrete connection interface , remove 1-2mm surface, get rid of dust , and clean with acetone\ xylol Derusting treatment of connected steel plate surface.2nd . Mixing The filling of glue is easy to precipitate, but not influence strength. Mix evenly before used. 2 According to Mix proportion: part A: part B=4:1 and stir it evenly. 3 The suitable volume ≤ 5kg. 3rd stick fix harden 1. Plaster the mixed even glue on connected face of prepared concrete and steel plate. The middle is thick and edge is slice, then stick steel plate to reserved place. 2. After sticking the steel plate, hold it with fixture, fix it with bolt, etc. And press properly, to make sure glue extrude from the edge of steel plate rightly. 3. The operation time of mixed glue (part A & part B) is 30-45 min under normal temperature. 4. Dismantle the pressing fix instrument , burden pressure and use after 3 days within 24 hours, when the temperature ≥ 25°C\ 77°F.The harden time should be longer when temperature ≤25°C\ 77°F. 5. Warm up if the temperature≤5°C\41°F. Package & Storage1. Package: 4+1 kg /units, or 16+4kg/units 2. The product should be sealed in dry and clean house with the temperature of 0°C-40°C\32°F--104°F. 3. Shelf-life : 12 months. If it is beyond the 12 months, but afford to the qualified test, it still can be used. 4. The color of Part B may be changed during long-term storage, you can use it as usual.
